You should try it!. I am recommending this spa because out of many spas in the city my husband and I chose Serenity. We did some research and honestly I got so disapointed with many of the so well known spas. They were dirty and people weren't friendly at all. At Serenity Spa, we got welcomed by a sweet lady who showed us around; we had no doubt about celebrating our anniversary with a spa treatment together. Our couple's massage and facials were . We purchased gift certificates for our children.

Tired Legs? Gotta try the Tired Legs Spa Pedicure. I tryed the Tired leg spa pedicure at Serenity and my legs were actually tingling after a whole hour of mostly foot massage. What a feeling. The creams and gels smell incredible. I recommend it to anyone who loves foot massage. They also have the manicure version.

Great Program!. My mother went for a facial and massage while visiting and got me a gift certificate for a facial treatment program. She was amazed with this spa. The rooms are very clean and neat. I get a phone call every month for a facial appointment and i get all the products for discounted prices. my face is so smooth and I don't break out anymore.

Great Deal on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Try the manicure/pedicure comb. on Tuesdays for 29.99. They actually use a base coat that makes my polish last very, very long. Every Wednesday they have a new deal with facials or massages. But, make an appointment because they get very busy.

Outstanding service. The friendly and polite staff at Serenity Spa are the reason of my visits when I am in town for work. My favorite esthetician works on Sundays but I never frefer anyone in particular because they are all so well qualified. Every time I leave this spa, I feel so relax.

EXCELLENT STAFF AND QUALITY SERVICES. I had a pleasant experience at Serenity. My sister who lives in Chicago surpriced me with a Serenity gift certificate for my birthday. The facial and massage were incredible; at the end of my treatments the receptionist gave me a little cake and a card that my sister had mailed to her. I almost cryed.

A Great Find in Chelsea!.
I found this spa on Citysearch and took advantage of the Manicure & Pedicure special on Tuesday. I stayed for a facial and can not believe how great my skin looks!
I am going to go back and try the Tired Leg Spa Pedicure which I have heard great things about.

Not so Serenity. I went to have a facial and manicure at this spa. The facial was really good, but the receptionist upfront was very unpleasant. She was very annoying and constantly trying to hold a conversation with me when all I wanted to do was relax. There was a overly hyper nail technician running around complaining about someone. I had a really nice experience in the back, the front on the other hand was complete chaos and I will never go back there again until they get a little more organized, serene, and comfortable.
