Pain free for 1 year and counting!

I began seeing Dr. Shoshany in July 2008 because of a herniated disc between L5 and S1 that left me unable to do any of the physical activity that I loved let alone normal activity (like sleeping). I tried physical therapy, accupucture, shots...you name it. Then I read about spinal decompression and decided to give it a try. I did the treatment every day for one month, plus physical therapy. Dr. Shoshany also gave me some vitamins and Omega 3 oils to help the healing along. I did not feel better immediately after the treatment which I think is important to mention. Do not get discouraged! You have to give your body time to heal. Within a few months I was pain free and have been ever since! Now I just maintain my back with the occassional adjustment and/or massage and of course core exercise. Dr. Shoshany and his staff did whatever it took to make sure I felt better. I referred several of my friends to this office and they all loved it too. Dr. Shoshany is amazing!

excellent care

I have been seeing Dr. S for a few years since he used to be on Downing Street. I love his new office space with all of the new state of the art equipment. I tried going to a chiropractor in my neighborhood but they did not have the equipment that Dr. S has. Needless to say I return to see him shortly. I love the flexibility that you have. I usually just call up and ask if I can come in and they take me. I have referred him to my co-workers as well. His staff is pleasant and helpful as well. Dr. S makes every patient feel like they are this only ones. I wouldn't go to any one else for my chronic back pain.

Dr. Sho changed my life!

I was on the brink of spinal surgery to fuse two disks in my neck C 4/5, 5/6. I had been in pain for nearly two years taking anti-inflammatories, muscle relaxers and opiate pain relievers. After meeting with a surgeon, who was ready to schedule my fusion, I decided to do do a search and found Dr. Shoshany. his website and the patient reviews for spinal decompression encouraged me to give it a try. I am so glad I did. After the full round of decompression treatments, I can honestly say that surgery is no longer in my future. Now my pain is nearly gone and I can work to strengthen the supporting muscles so that the pain can be gone forever. I KNOW Dr. Sho is responsible for that and I am forever grateful. Before you have surgery, TRY THIS FIRST!!! You'll be glad you did.
