After seeing many doctors in NY for terrible sciatic pain from 2 herniated discs (L4-L5 and L5-S-1), I was discouraged by the lack of improvement. At that point, I started seeing Dr. Shoshany for spinal decompression therapy. Not only has the treatment made a significant difference, the entire experience at his office has been amazing. He and his staff are always smiling and give off great positive energy, which is especially encouraging. They are always willing to listen and you get the sense that they really have your best interests at heart. I highly recommend giving him a try.

Excellent care. I am new to New York and have a recurring back issue. My back went out on Sunday...could not hardly walk. Found Dr. Shoshany's information on line, left a message Monday morning, and Dr. Shoshany called me himself and told me to meet him in the office at 10:30. After two treatments, one combined with a deep tissue massage, I was walking upright with minimal pain...well on my way to the point where all I'll need are the maintenance visits going forward. Very satisfied and would recommend Dr. Shoshany and his great staff to anyone.

VERY EFFECTIVE CHIROPRACTIC CARE!. I had bad lower back pain, and had sciatica in BOTH legs. It was very hard to walk or stand for extended periods. This went on for 4 months. I finally went to a chiropractor who was TERRIBLE! No relief AT ALL after several visits I quit, and went to Dr. Shoshany.

After only 8 visits to Dr. Shoshany I am almost pain free, 100% of the time and walking and standing for long periods are much easier. I'm not out of the woods yet, but GREATLY improved. Dr. Shoshany has a great office, all necessary state of the art equipment, and a friendly staff. I HIGHLY recommend him.

BEWARE: Reviews are fake!. I've heard that he writes his own reviews. A tell-tale sign is the reviewers, fake name and having only reviewing him.

Caring Chiro!!!. The staff at Living Well Medical are so wonderful! They make you feel like family and are genuinely concerned about your well being. Not only do they help you with your injuries, they offer advice on how to live, eat and exercise to make your life better. I threw my back out on a Saturday and with no relief from icing and resting I was in much worse pain the next day which was of course on a Sunday... not knowing who to turn to and what to do because I was new to NYC I started googling Chiro's on the internet and found ONE who could see me on a Sunday. It was the most pain I had ever been in and I had no choice but to call and find out if I could be seen. With no hesitation, Dr. Shoshany said he could meet me right away at his office. After the visit I felt much relief, not only physically, but also emotionally. I felt I had someone who literally "Had my back"!!! Thanks to Dr. Shoshany and his team I was better in no time and was able to return to work. Sometimes I feel like making an appointment even when I feel good...simply because they care and they will do anything in their power to make you feel better (with no pressure on the financial aspect). What a difference. After sufferingly needlessly for several months hoping my bad back would just go a way I decided to visit a Chiropractor and get some treatment.

After 3 visits with Dr Shoshany my back was straight and I was able to a resume my life pain free.

I was very impressed with the level of professionalism and case shown by Dr Shoshany and his team and would wholeheartedly recommend treatment for anyone waivering unnecessarily as did.

Best Chiropractor in NYC. After suffering intense neck and back pain for months, I scheduled a chiropractor appointment with Dr. Steven Shoshany. I entered the Living Well Medical center as a skeptic, and left that same day as a true believer!

Not only does Dr. Shoshany and his entire staff maintain a refreshing blend of professionalism and friendliness (they always remember your name!), but the quality of care they provide for back and neck injuries is unparalleled. I have been going twice weekly for about a month now for back and neck pain relating to my job, my posture, my exercise routine, and the slightly irregular curvature of my spine. Dr. Steven Shoshany or Dr. Rolland Nemirovsky adjust my neck and back, making me comfortable in what can potentially be a scary process. They are friendly and always make the time to listen to their patients. From there I see Lisa Corey, their wonderful physical therapist who uses innovative techniques ranging from the Graston tool to electrical stimulation to relax sore muscles and break down the tension surrounding them. Some appointments include a thirty minute medical massage with David Vargas; his amazing massages will leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

I have never truly enjoyed a trip to the doctor as much as I do at the Living Well Medical Center. My chronic neck pain has largely disappeared, and the maintenance appointments are efficient as well as enjoyable. The staff is extremely nice, the facilities are spotless and well maintained, and I can almost guarantee that you will leave here feeling better than when you entered, and that you'll be looking forward to your next visit. Living Well Medical offers hands down the best chiropractic experience you will find in the city!

Fantastic Staff, Fantastic Facilities. I had a pinched nerve last year that was excruciating. After trying a chiro in Greenpoint and being disgusted by their equipment and service I want to Dr. Shoshany. The difference was night and day.

I highly recommend him to all my friends and to all of you as well.

Best Chiro and Best All Round Service. Dr. Shoshany and his staff are by far the most professional, courteous and knowledgeable in NYC that I have ever come across. I've seen countless chiros in NYC and have come across charlatans, time-wasters and totally careless and unprofessional chiropractors who were quite frankly rubbish at what they do. From experience I can honestly say that Dr. Shoshany and his team are a breath of fresh air and the best in what they do. Highly recommended.

Brilliant chiropractor. I've been on the search for years for a chiropractor, fortunately for me i've hit the jackpot!!!

It's now been several years and I still insist he is the best in nyc.

When you go to Dr. Shoshany let your ny guard down because they all know how to make you feel like a million bucks by the time you leave.

Not only is it state of the art but the knowledge they have is incredible for every ache and pain.

From the receptionist all the way through to the most incredible massage from David ( we're talking ten stars out of ten).

I have a constant issue with back pain which i have been able to keep under control.

thanks to the entire staffs guiding hands. Thanks everybody!!!!! jim c
