My laptop needed serious help. It was slow as molasses. These folks gave a free diagnostic and replaced a part..i think the drive where the files are. And had it in stock and had it running great with my files the same day. Just had to rave about this place.

I needed a backup of my files since my laptop screen wouldn't turn on. these techies did it within an hour's time and I was back to work again. they even showed me how to use the files on my mac. great service and fast..oh yeah..and cheap!
Pros: quick and cheap!
Cons: no parking in area...but a rep picked up up my computer from my car curbside
