Reasonable virus removal

I had a backdoor trojan according to my Norton program and couldn't open up Internet Explorer and my computer was really slow. From the first call to the the computer pickup, these guys were true pros and cared enough to give take-home virus protection tips. The cost was under $100 and the process was straightforward with the free diagnostic where I can choose to go with the service if I want. Good stuff!
- Pros: Dunkin Donuts is right next door! Yay!

Quick and painless Mac fix

My Powerbook Pro wouldn't boot up. They quickly told me the hard drive was dead and was able to recover the files and install the hard drive by the next day for me. Very fast, upfront, and reasonable costs. thanks guys - just wanted to share my good experience.

Cheap office pricing! and quick too!

I used NYCH for my small office. We have used them for weekly maintenance for the past few weeks, and I'm writing because I tested a few tech companies before them who were always late, slow, and always had to follow up to the same issues over and over. These guys are true professionals - on time, quick, and fix all the issues the first time around. Just wanted to share the good praise for anyone else who want to avoid my initial aggravation of looking for a tech team.
