The Space
This small health-oriented spa focuses more on traditional Chinese medicine techniques and less on indulgent pampering. Still, the waiting room is pleasant, with silk decorative pillows and antique Asian furniture and collectibles creating a soothing space. Treatment rooms are comfortable, with New Age music drowning out most--but not all--of the ambient noise from the hall and reception area.
The Services
Partners Annie Mok and Peggy Regis are both certified acupuncturists and Chinese herbalists and focus on a whole-body approach to wellness. Their skills in acupuncture, acupressure and massage are incorporated through a variety of packages that address stress and pain or lifestyle issues, as with the stop smoking and the weight loss packages. The deep-tissue massage is outstanding, but for the full experience, try acupuncture or cupping--the ancient practice of affixing pressurized jars to an area to promote free flow of the Qi.

I see Dr. Regis regularly for acupuncture treatment. She is a great doctor with her needles. Staffs are friendly. Place is nice and zen. Being able to work with my medical insurance makes my treatment much affordable. Highly recommended!!
