I don't know what this dude BS buster is talking about.

True, he isn't an authorized dealer; but only Best Buy and Crutchfeild are. Everyone else is not!

Being an authorized dealer means they have to sell the product at the Manufactures suggest retail price, (which is usually double what Barney Charges).

There is about a 1% chance your electronics will have a problem, regardless if you buy it from Best Buy for 200% more; or from Ebay. 1%. It's not like Pioneer purposely sabotages items not going to Best Buy.

I have been buying from Barney for years. I have bought dozens and dozens of things from him. Only one time something didn't work; and he replaced it! It's not like only 'authorized dealers' have return policies.

Whatever the item is; Barney has it at the lowest price; even the lowest price on all of ebay.

His ebay store has over 45,000 products sold, and over a 99.5% positive feedback.

And having a 'authorized dealer warranty' isn't necessary better than having a store with a return policy.

Good luck mailing your product to Pioneer, paying for postage; and waiting 6-8 weeks for them to 'repair' it, and mail it back to you.

After buying one of there MVH-P7300 there was a problem with the unit. After calling PIONEER 800-421-1404 that told me Barny's IS NOT AN AUTHORIZED DEALER.. Pioneer also told me to try and work out the where i bought the item from. Yeah that has been great, the anwser is NO SORRY YOU ARE OUT OF LUCK.

They are by far, the cheapest place on EBay for electronics. Most people know, you can find things at Ebay for about 1/2 of what you would at a retail store. Barney's is the Lowest Price of them all.

They are a wholesale discount shop. They have all the newest Car Audio, and other Electronics.

You have to know what you want before you go there. They don't have pushy sales people, to answer your questions, or push you towards a product for commission.

If you want super rock bottom prices, and you know exactly what product you want, Barney's is the ONLY place to go. Do you Homework on which product you want before you go. If they have it, it will be there in a new box, sealed, including all warranty, and most importantly that fresh out of the box smell!

Don't go to Barney's if your a dumb @ss, and don't know which item is 'right' for you. Go to Radioshack or Best Buy and pay double. There, you are basically paying more for that person to person conversation. Barney's doesn't have that sales guy to answer your questions, but passes every penny of savings on to you with below rock bottom prices, of even the lowest price you can find on Ebay.

Ordered my Alpine GPS through Amazon from Barneys Electronics in Rutherford, New Jersey

07073. It was delivered via UPS on time, brand new in an unopened box as advertised, works AOK.

I found Barneys Electronics to be a credible place to do business and would order from them again.

Concerns: Just one, Barneys does not appear to be an Alpine Authorized Dealer which means the

item may ber considered a "Grey Market" purchase without all the usual manufacturer guarantees.
