Best I ever have had From NYC to Paris!!. When most facial experts steam your pores open they leave you alone or leave the room until the next step. Susana and Laura use the time to massage your neck, shoulders, hands and arms that is so divine!

If only I lived in New York. I have been client of Susana at Sufacial since she

opened. I would never have believed that waxing would

be a comfortable experience but Susana has proved me wrong, having the experience, touch and quality makes all the difference.

If my waxing experience was that amazing you can imagine the facials I have had with her. I dont' live in

New York but when I do plan a trip there she is on my priority list of people to see. The moment you step into her spa you just know that this will be a wonderfull experience. After doing by brows, waxing and facial its hard to go anywhere else that has that care and experience and not to mention one of the cleaness spa I have ever visited. If only I lived in New York.

5 Stars for Su Facial!. Susanna and Laura are true experts at what they do. I'm so glad I found them four years ago...I don't go anywhere else now. Laura is a rising star; Susanna is both talented and wise.

Great experience - Susanna is amazing!. This place is soo wonderful - Susanna and Laura are great. I had never had a bikini was before coming here and they were so sweet and made it such a great experience. Now I can't imagine not going there - they do such a great job and it's always comfortable and I never feel rushed or harried, in fact it's so soothing after a long day, I almost fall asleep!

My only complaint is that the place is cash only - I don't usually carry around much cash so this is always a bit of a hassle for me.

Even with that though, I would still highly recommend this place and can't speak too highly of both Laura and Susanna!

Wonderful attention to detail, warm and friendly, book early!. I always look forward to my appointments at SuFacial. The owner, Susana, has created an intimate and relaxing haven. She and her staff are always friendly and attentive, and they never leave you alone in the treatment room. I really appreciate the personalized service, care, and high-quality natural products that they use. Plus, the waxing is the least painful anywhere. I leave looking good and feeling relaxed. I've been a devoted client for over five years and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Best Kept Secret in the City!. What a wonderful experience! Su Facial is such a special place....relaxing, peaceful, a total escape from the city. I got my first brazilian wax here years ago (and was terrified!) and have never gone to anyone else. You are made to feel so comfortable, you don't even think about what is actually happening. I wouldn't trust my brows to anyone else either...they maintain their shape between visits and I get compliments all the time. And my skin glows after their amazing facial! I used to go to Bliss and various other spas, and when they put on steam or a mask, the esthetician disappears.....that doesn't happen here. Here you get an arm and leg massage! Aside from the wonderful services and atmosphere, it's the little things like this that make the experience exceptional.

So happy I found Susana. I am extremely picky about my eyebrows and spent a lot of time looking for someone to do a good job. I was very disappointed by several highly recommended places and then I finally found Susana. She is amazing and took so much time making sure the shape would be just right on my first consulatation. It is also one of the most relaxing experiences I have ever had for an eyebrow waxing. Her spa's facials are also amazing, she and her staff definitely have that special touch that makes for a truly relaxing experience. I highly recommend this spa, it is truly a gem.

best little nyc secret. very relaxing, and extremely clean. my facial was not only amazing, but i now have a new place to go to.
