My friends and I were given a free happy hour there last week and everyone in our group had a great time. The people I dealt with to set up the happy hour were extremely pleasant and made things very easy. If you're looking to have your happy hour somewhere in the city, I would definitely recommend this place. The bar also has really good drink specials. Once our happy hour was over, we were still treated to half-priced drafts cosmos. I definitey plan on coming back here again in the future.

I planned my latest birthday at town tavern and it was a great success. We were able to have an upstairs private section of the bar, and for a great price we had a top shelf open bar for 3 hours. The privacy of the party was enforced, not overbearingly, by a set of bouncers checking for wristbands. There was about 45 guests, and not one of them had a bad thing to say about their experience. The event coordinator was on hand to make sure that everything was going smoothly, and the staff was very friendly and courteous. I would recommend TT to anyone looking to have a private party, for a great price, in a fun part of NYC. 5 Stars, keep up the good work!
