the best service in town.nice people very friendly and the quality of the dry cleaning is excellent..my husband was so happy about his shirts..the price that you will pay for the shirt its worth it they press it by hand and they used natural starch which it amazing..try it you wil be happy

Rude Customer Service

The first thing that you know about a company is usually its customer service. Marketing is a good foot in the door, a solid product to back it up is always a must, but customer service is what encourages the customer to come in, come back, and recommend your company. My initial call to the company was answered with a "Hi" rather than a "Divine Touch Dry Cleaning, Can I help you?" as if the company is being run out of someone's basement. I inquired about pickup service, and they said we don't do pickup service for less than 5 items. Before I could ask anything else, I was hung up on. I know it may be petty, but customer service is important. Take heed who you hire to answer your phones, it may be business that you end up losing.

when I sending my laundry and dry cleaning.

They using natural organic soap to use for laundry and non toxic solvent for the dry cleaning.

And specially when I sending the shirts.

They using natural soap to washing and natural hanging dry and hand press with all natural starch not the caned starches for the good environment.

I love the fresh no smell clothes.

Good for all my family.

Winter time I'm doing dry cleaning all my children's sweaters and winter clothes to Divine Organic cleaners.
