“had already switched from using them because despite being in a convenient location the manager is so rude, blase and flippant it was literally ruining part of my day to have to go in and deal with them.”
“love the fresh no smell clothes.”
“Marketing is a good foot in the door, a solid product to back it up is always a must, but customer service is what encourages the customer to come in, come back, and recommend your company.”

“the price that you will pay for the shirt its worth it they press it by hand and they used natural starch which it amazing.”
Avoid at all costs-- they lost over $4,000 of clothing.
Avoid this place at all costs-- they lost over $4,000 of my aunt's clothing and have no ability to trace receipts or inventory that was delivered or picked up the day her clothes left their shop. They gave her a song and dance about how they'd go through their video surveillance footage to figure out who picked up her clothes, which of course never happened. We have had to get a lawyer invovled. I had already switched from using them because despite being in a convenient location the manager is so rude, blase and flippant it was literally ruining part of my day to have to go in and deal with them.
All of the employees lie. The manager blatantly told us she was not the manager and the manager was not in to avoid dealing with my aunt-- we later found out she WAS the manager. Just today, we went in and the man who often works at the front said he didn't know if the manager was there-- it's a TINY store-- unfortunately for both of them he walked out at the last moment.
Avoid to protect yourself and avoid because businesses like this should not be in business. There is a VIP Cleaners on 58th between 6th and 7th that is family owned, does great tailoring and they're very nice. Use them instead.
great service. the best service in town.nice people very friendly and the quality of the dry cleaning is excellent..my husband was so happy about his shirts..the price that you will pay for the shirt its worth it they press it by hand and they used natural starch which it amazing..try it you wil be happy
Rude Customer Service. The first thing that you know about a company is usually its customer service. Marketing is a good foot in the door, a solid product to back it up is always a must, but customer service is what encourages the customer to come in, come back, and recommend your company. My initial call to the company was answered with a "Hi" rather than a "Divine Touch Dry Cleaning, Can I help you?" as if the company is being run out of someone's basement. I inquired about pickup service, and they said we don't do pickup service for less than 5 items. Before I could ask anything else, I was hung up on. I know it may be petty, but customer service is important. Take heed who you hire to answer your phones, it may be business that you end up losing.
All natural green cleaners in the New York City!.
when I sending my laundry and dry cleaning.
They using natural organic soap to use for laundry and non toxic solvent for the dry cleaning.
And specially when I sending the shirts.
They using natural soap to washing and natural hanging dry and hand press with all natural starch not the caned starches for the good environment.
I love the fresh no smell clothes.
Good for all my family.
Winter time I'm doing dry cleaning all my children's sweaters and winter clothes to Divine Organic cleaners.
At your own risk.
Absolutely the worst dry cleaning experience ever, if you like attitude and no service this is your place, can't yet comment on the quality of the cleaning
Dropped off garments and requested next day service by 5:30 pm, no problem; at 7 pm the next day garments were not delivered so I called inquiring about their whereabouts, "I have 7 of your garments.. I need to call the factory..." that's all I needed to hear - it's now my problem, no delivery of the 7 ready garments, no early call letting me know there would be a delay but instead an attitude as if it were my problem
My wife was going out of town early the following morning and I chose this cleaner due to the city search review... be prepared for attitude with no service
Great Dry Cleaning - Good for you AND the environment!. This place is literally so good that I carry my dry cleaning all the way in from Brooklyn on the train to get it done here! They were able to get out a "mystery" spot on my navy wool suit that two other "regular" dry cleaners were unable to remove and my clothes have never looked or smelled better! Go! Go now!
Incompetent and unprofessional. Divine Touch has completely destroyed my once-worn silk dress. It came back shrunk and looked like it had been in a dirty laundry for a week. I complained, waited two weeks for the factory to "unshrink" and iron the dress. When I didn't like the fact that the dress is still 1.5 inch shorter and quite ironed, I was told "What is your problem? Are you after my money?" I don't recommend this place if you have to dry clean articles that you care for.
The best Organic Dry Cleaning in the city!. The staff is friendly and helpful. My dry cleaning has never looked so good. Exceptional attention to detail.
Editorial Review. Organic dry cleaning using carbon dioxide in place of traditional chemicals, plus non-toxic laundering, washing and ironing by hand, alterations and repairs.
OK. I did my part for the environment and used organic cleaners.. Unfortunately I felt things were left spotty and overlooked. The clothes did smell good but I swear there were a few that they forgot to clean and just folded back into the pile. The sevice was prompt and friendly. Prices fair to expensive.
