The A. Fine broker I dealt with was nice and pleasant, which is different from the usual shark-like, shady, sleazeball brokers I dread dealing with. I just really felt like the deal was all above-board without any shady dealings. A lot of brokers I've met just seemed like the dregs of humanity, but the A. Fine office had a nice friendly vibe - it's hard to explain without sounding all hippie-ish, but it was just a nice vibe. Very professional, but pleasant. I love my new apartment, too!
