The Best Hair Extentions in NYC!. Catherine does a superb job at extentions. I looked all over and finally found someone that does an excellent job. My extentions last for at least 6-7 weeks. I just love them. She also does great color and cuts. I will have to say Catherine is such a pleasure to spend 2-3 hours with. She is patient and a real professional with very fair prices. If you want the best and don't want to feel like you have been taken to the bank by the high prices of NYC, you must go to the best and that is by far Catherine. 5 Stars !!!!

Saved my Hair!. I first went to Catherine 2 years ago after having extensions put in at a local salon. I had lost around 50% of my hair from having them put in improperly by a person who claimed to be an expert. I was at a loss at what to do, my hair went from being full and about 4 inches below my shoulder to a chin length bob cut with bald patches in back and so thinned out you could see my scalp in alot of places. I only had the extensions for about 5 months (changed them once at 3 month mark an noticed i was missing alot of hair but salon kept insisting it was fine). Catherine was very sympathetic and understood how devasted I was. My only option was to wear a clip in piece that would hide the bald/thinning areas until my hair started filling out. She made me a custom piece, yes I hated the feeling of snapping my hair in every morning, but it was my only alternative. Catherine matched it perfectly in color. After about 6 months she was able to use a track system rather than clip in and again matched my hair perfectly. After a year, I completely got rid of the hair piece and had healthy, full, hair again. She carefully cut just enough to keep my hair healthy while all the new hair was growing in from my scalp. She maintained my color perfectly, (which is not easy since I am a natural brunette but I color it blonde). My hair is now midway down my back, healthy, full and in the best condition ever thanks to Catherine. She put the integrity of my hair first and listened to what I wanted. She is one of the only hairdressers I have ever went to that actually listens when you tell them what you want in a cut/color and appreciates long hair and doesn't automatically want to chop it off. She is not local to me but so worth the travel and fighting for NYC parking. Thanks Catherine!

I Am Thrilled!. I Am Thrilled!!!

After wearing bonded hair extensions for a few years, my hair is extremely thinned out and broke. I came to Catherine who made a custom clip in piece that I am thrilled with. The hair color matches perfect and is shiny and gorgeous. I can now grow my own hair back and let it get healthy while still “looking” long and healthy.

Love My New Hair!. I can’t stop looking at my new hair! I have heavy highlighted blond hair. Catherine made an extension to fill out my ends and give me volume. What an improvement – the hair color and texture matches perfect and truly looks natural. Thank you Catherine!

Best Hair Extensions. I am very happy with my new extensions. The hair blends in perfect and is soft and shiny. I was very impressed by the time taken at the consultation to determine which method would work best for me and to explain all the pros and cons. Catherine is very knowledgeable and thorough. I highly recommend.

Hair Extensions. I love my new seamless extensions! I previously had a weave which irritated my scalp. I then found Catherine who insisted I remove the weave and use a removable wire extension so my hair and scalp could recover. I really wanted something that didn’t come out but Catherine insisted I give my hair a break - I had to wait 6 months. She just attached Platinum seamless extensions – my hair is very fine – they just blend in perfectly and feel like my own hair! I can’t feel anything and you would never know I had extensions.

Highly Recommended!. I went to Catherine to do my weave. She is very precise and conscientious. She does a much finer version of the typical corn row tracks. I find the track much more comfortable and flatter. It also has held in longer (6 weeks). The salon has a very friendly, low key – comfortable vibe – no pressure and it is a pleasure to go there and be taken care of. I highly recommend it!

Hair Extensions. I’ve been going to Catherine for my extensions for about 6 months now. She added about 5-6 inches to my own shoulder length hair. The extension hair is beautiful, shiny, healthy, and matches my hair perfect. She is also taking care of my own hair with regular trims. It is growing out without breaking at the ends like before. Catherine really takes the time to teach me everything possible to maintain the extension and my own hair. I am very happy with her work and highly recommend her.
