Great Salon!!

I have been a client of Vernelles for over 4 years and was so grateful to have found a warm and friendly salon when I moved to nyc. I never had so many compliments on my hair and finally had a great hair stylist to depend on. I recommend it to everyone looking for a great place to feel special, comfortable and walk out with great hair.

Veronica is really an expert !!! I just loved my hair!!!!

My hair is very difficult to color because it turns red very easily. I was looking for natural looking highlights, as if lightened by the sun, to brighten my face but not noticebly processed. Veronica was the greatest! She took her time to listen and talked out the process with me until we came to a full understanding and agreement of what would be done. The results are fabulous!!! I got it done 3 weeks ago and I am still enjoying immensely. The color came out exactly the way I wanted it. And no turning red like in most other salons. Veronica is really an expert and a true professional. Really sweet too!! I will follow her wherever she goes!!! :) I finally found my perfect colorist (and I have been searching for years)

Clean and cozy salon, good service, good products I thought. I didn't have an appointment and figured the wait would be long but I waited for no longer than 15-20 minutes, which was nice. Definitely an unexpected luck for a walk-in (I would know). I ended up with Veronica who did an excellent job with my hair. She's also very friendly and funny so it put me at ease. I didn't know what I wanted to do so she suggested we go with a warmer brown and low-lights. I've never done anything but color before so it was a stretch and I was a bit worried. Turned out perfect, I was very happy with the result. Guess next time I'll be sure to make an appointment with Veronica not to take chances!
