Thank you Ricky and Thank you 1 Hour Support! I thought that I lost everything and needed to buy a new computer but Ricky came and had me as good as new. He made my computer like new and recovered all of my documents and pictures and showed me how to monitor for viruses in the future. Thank you for fast response and educating me as well. I Have had some bad experiences with overpaid computer "doctors". Their engineer was honest and even talked me out of buying more service than I needed. He behaved as if he worked here for years and left his cell phone number with us for future calls. Mail is flowing again and everyone is happy. Thanks for the honesty, you have a permanent customer in midtown.
