Owned by Drew Nieporent of Nobu and Montrachet fame, and designed by Pulice and Williams, the modern space features high walls lined with thousands of bottles that appear to be floating in waves against wire racks. The store offers 3,000 handcrafted, small production wines, which are released in small quantities and rarely available in stores. A glass-enclosed cold room stores auction-grade collectibles, and the tasting room accommodates sit-down parties of up to 20.
