The Scene – An Irish bartender greets patrons like old pals as they enter from Orchard Street, and regulars settle into the numerous stools that line the incredibly long bar. It stretches about 50 feet across the slim space, leaving room for a ruby red pool table at the alternate Allen Street entrance. The molding that twists and ripples along the bar's freeform perimeter measures an even 60 feet and 6 inches, the distance from the pitcher's mound to home plate. – – The Draw – Sporty indie rockers--the proud, the few--can get a dose of Elliott Smith, Grandaddy, or Bloc…

Born and raised in the city and I can't say enough. Good people. Staff that takes care of the bad seeds so that the good ones can have a slammin night. Stand up Irish service with the best guinness in town. Came on a Friday and it rocked. Came late on wednesday and it was low key cool. Either way. Loam takes good care

The bartenders here fly! Most other LES bars/clubs you're left waiting 10 minutes for a drink ad when someone finally serves you it's with attitude. These guys race up and down the bar and when you leave your tip you actually get a thank you and a smile! They have heavy-handed cocktails, a good pool table and the music was dope on thursday night.
- Pros: hot bartenders, great drinks
- Cons: not open at 8AM!
DON'T GO! TERRIBLE SERVICE!

Worst.Service.EVER! Don't go here if you actually want to have a good time. The bartender downstairs was so disgustingly RUDE! He acted like a leprachaun who found gold. If Lucky Jack's wants to be a real New York type of spot, then they need to hire NEW bartenders. I've lived in New York my entire life and have never seen such arrogance and disrespect towards customers. TRUST ME when I say that this is NOT a place you want to go to.
