If you enjoy tapas and dream of visiting Barcelona one day, then you will definitely want to try Barna.
The appetizing menu with many large sharing portions features Spanish influenced American cuisine. Signature dishes include Crispy Black Sea Bass with baby artichokes, black olives, asparagus & lemon confit; Pan Seared Chatham Cod with roasted garlic, braised cippolini & sweet potato puree; Prime Aged New York Sirloin with grilled portabello, rapini & sherry vinegar reduction and Paella "Barna" with saffron risotto, shrimp, chicken, mussels, chorizo and baby green peas.
If you are looking for a hotspot to go for after work cocktails, try the restaurant's oversized bar fashioned of mosaic glass and wood. Barna offers an array of fresh sangrias, fine Spanish wines and signature cocktails. Barna turns into a happening lounge with live music and entertainment later in the night.

The Scene
Stylish young European hotel guests and groups out for sangria-soaked get-togethers scatter among the loungey space made up of cinderblock archways, mirrors, and glowing blue ceiling niches. A bar serving trendy cocktails and groovy international mood music adds to the clubby vibe.
The Food
Tapas are the most popular choices on the Iberian-influenced menu. Paprika-scented meatballs are small and soft, slivers of scallops are treated with a subtle saffron essence. Rounds of spicy chorizo have an ample soaking of cider. Larger plates, like a crunchy soft shell crab in a mellow tomato and artichoke fondue and a seared foie gras served with candied plums and drizzled with a Rioja/blackberry brandy reduction, make a good impression. Desserts vary from an engaging, creamy pistachio parfait to crumbly cinnamon dough balls that fall apart at the touch.

The tapas are decent, but you'd go here more for the scene. Young people, cocktails flowing. The Sangria is very weak so I wouldn't waste your time on this.

I love this place!! Everytime I come here I have the best time with my friends. It's such a great place to unwind and let loose! I was here for New Years last year and got my tickets through JoonBug and they hooked it up!! I'm definitely coming back again this New Years and getting tickets from JoonBug again!

I came here for a late dinner one Saturday night and was happily satisfied with the quality of the food and service. We ordered the Chopped Romaine Salad , salad was also very fresh and we had the Prime New York Shell Steak, it was cooked well. We closed out the restaurant and never felt rushed to leave. A very relaxing evening overall filled with good food.I would recomend to anyone.
