Pilates is Amazing!

I recently discovered how amazing pilates is! I have horrible posture and really tight pecs and pilates is the first thing that I have found that has really opened up my chest and my shoulders and improved my posture! On top of finding this great new workout I found a great place to do it at Uptown Pilates! The instructors are so patient and so knowledgeable , will definitely be coming here for a long time! : )

Love Uptown Pilates!!!

I got a gift certificate for classes at Uptown Pilates from a friend of mine for my birthday a couple weeks ago. I was a little skeptical at first because I hadn't yet found a pilates studio in the city that I really liked but I should have trusted my friend, she does always have great taste!! This place is great!!! The studio is beautiful and comfortable and the instructors are so knowledgeable and really give you a workout! I hightly recommend Uptown Pilates to anyone looking for a great workout!

A Great Christmas Present

I just bought my sister a package of sessions at Uptown Pilates because I knew it was a Christmas present she would love and use! It's the best workout ever and a present that you won't feel guilty about buying. The best part is I got a free session out of it! Don't tell my sister though ;-)
