My first and LAST attempt at purchasing from Electronics Expo in Wayne went like this... I was looking at digital cameras on Saturday..I wanted to buy a canon sd750. They told me it was discontinued and tried to sell me the 'last' one they had with bundle. I passed and looked at a cybershot with a decent sticker price. Sunday I returned to look at this cybershot and mentioned that I really wanted the Canon, but ONLY the camera. The grumpy salesman said 'take it' and dropped it on the counter after he removed the bundle items. I asked if it was new and he confirmed, 'yes.' I asked about their return policy and he explained they do NOT accept returns on cameras. I decided to buy. As I'm walking to the register with camera in hand, my wife decided to inspect the camera. As it turns out, there were scratches in several spots on this NEW camera. I decide to make sure it works and guess what..? The NEW battery that came with this NEW camera didn't fit. It was NOT the correct battery!!! I approached a woman at the register to ask for a manager and all she did was take the camera from me and hand it back to the salesman who said he would go find me a battery to match. My wife was done at that point. We figured speaking with a manager would help clarify this SHADY transaction. His response, So just buy another camera Needless to say EXPO in WAYNE is riddled with SHADY salespeople, RUDE cashier/liasons and worst of all-- AN INCOMPETENT, ARROGANT AND UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGER.. (This Shady practice would have cost me almost $200 that I would not have been able to return)

This isnt so large a store you get lost as a customer and they give you attentive service and courtesy showing you they appreciate your patronage and are always there after the purchase to make it right
