The furniture was stylish and appeared to be reasonably priced. Customers put down deposits, then got the runaround for many months. In late 2008 the company abruptly closed.

Dear God KBar1 what happens when someone takes your seat on the subway?

Are you like that was rude and you deserve not to exist? You know firearms aren't allowed on the subway don't you? Despite what you might have seen overdosing on Scorcese, acting out overt extermination fantasies isn't cool here in NY, and umm i hate to tell you this but grand theft auto is a video game, the operative word being game.

Or have you ever ridden the subway?

Say wht you will, but the only one I see being rude here is you.

This place does not even deserve one star. Not only was it a bad experience but now it no longer exists and the number is disconnected and there is no website. I guess that is what happens when you are rude to your customers.

Tragically for the city of Miami , i don't own an apartment there,

but I am in possession of one of your typical , never paid so much for setting so many mousetraps, New York apartments. Recently, I found myself with more guests than living room couches and was in a pinch able to get a very durable high quality fold up mattress, which cost about fifty dollars less than an alternative at Ikea, and was made by a Danish Designer, who generally speaking are much more interesting than Swedish Designers( seriously take the time to walk around the design district in Copenhagan vs. that in Stockholm and you'll see what I'm talking about). Ok, Mr Mohawk, could have reportedly been a bit more personable, but compared with a recent experience of trying to get a printer a Best Buy, we couldn't find too much to complain about the customer service. Seemed like a nice guy, if perhaps ( with a nod to Will Shortz) a fall one. Also, if we live in a complete consumer culture where shopping forms a large portion of our indentity starting with teenage afternoons at the mall, at least apt makes getting a couch a little more edifying.

Awful Customer Service, Even Worse Delivery Service -- Never Delivered My Stuff!!

I live in Miami and I placed an order for a sofa and a few other things -- I waited a little more than a week for the ground transportation and shipping from New York City, that was all great. Then I received a call and scheduled a delivery date and time window -- They didn't show up during the time window so I called them, they said it will be about an hour late, (an hour passes) and they are still not there. Finally its too late to get it delivered because my condos loading dock closes at 5:00pm.

I call them again to reschedule for another day and the guy says he was only going to be there for that ONE day. WTF? He asks if he can leave it with his "friends" and have them deliver it to me at a later date -- of course I say NO WAY.

So I never got anything from my order and it was a total pain getting a refund because for some reason they had ALREADY put together my stuff even though its supposed to be done on site at my house.

Total nightmare.
