Ok food, annoying clientelle, SUPER GREAT staff

This was our second time here. The last time was more than 2 years ago, but I doubt much has changed. As before, when we walked in, things looked bleak. Wall-to-wall jocks watching wall-to-wall TVs, a different sport on each. Last time, we escaped the crowd and the accompanying noise by moving to the back room. This time, that room was occupied by a private party. It was too loud to talk, and there didn't seem to be any place to sit. Uh oh! Big-chested guys OOH OOOH OOOHing all night. Just what you want to spend your evening with, right?

No! Jon, the manager, came to the rescue. Not only did he find us a safe corner to sit in. As we grew (4 to 8 to 10 to 12), he had the staff moving furniture, digging up chairs, physically moving people to accommodate us. Jessica, our waitress, was as tolerant and helpful as her boss. She even split the bill and put up with mind-changes and mind-numbing requests. If I were the waitress, I would have quickly told us where to stick that order of "a glass of ice with nothing else in it." The staff here really saved the day and moved an ordinary sports bar into the 4-star range.

Great place for a party!

I recently made a 30th birthday party there for my twin sisters. The manager put up all of the decorations I bought, as well as set up the slide show I made. The bartender was quick and the waitstaff was awesome. They even gave us the whole bar for our friends. This was a great experience. In addition, the owner is a nice guy.

Good Private Party Spot

I had my birthday party at Stone Creek last month and we rented out the back room. It was great because we were able to have the entire space to ourselves. They paid for a DJ for us and he was willing to play whatever we wanted. The staff was great - very kind and fast. I would definitely reccomend Stone Creek for a private party!
