Really marvelous!!!

I had a marvelous time. Scheduling was a breeze (although I did have to wait a couple of weeks from when I called, but they were super nice.) Ken and his assistant put me at ease and made me feel photogenic. They really taught me how to relax in front of the camera. I got over 200 photos back and a dozen of them are among the best pictures I've ever had. I loved doing it! It made me feel confident and attractive!

Relaxed and Some really good shots

I bought Ken's 2 hour shoot through Lifebooker and I got 3 or 4 shots that are really wonderful that I will be able to use. Being trained as an actor I have done many photo shoots so I know that if you get 1 or 2 shots that work from a shoot you are doing well.

I thought that Ken was very relaxed and cool. I personally liked his vibe. He is ultra chill and set a tone that established a relaxed atmosphere. He really listen to me when I described what I saw for myself with these shots.

The only thing that I would say was that when I saw the contacts is that in one whole set up, my clothes didn't look good for the pix. I know that I chose them but I think that as the third eye he should have seen that and said something.

Other than that I would definitely recommend Ken to get some shots that you can use!

Thinking of Buying a Lifebooker Deal? Think again.

I did a lifebooker shoot with him and the experience was horrible. He took over 3 months to get me back my photos instead of the 1 month I was originally told. As a result, I couldn't use them for two professional opportunities I needed them for. I had to get lifebooker to intervene, he strung us along with promises and excuses. He even claimed he had "already sent" the photos when he hadn't. In addition, he doesn't respond to calls or emails. When I did get him on the phone, he made it clear what he thought of lifebooker shoots. He told me straight up that I wasn't a priority b/c I wasn't paying full price, and that I should be "grateful" that I was getting a service I couldn't otherwise afford. He told me he "barely made any money" off the deals and that he did them as a marketing/promotional tool. He also told me if I didn't like it, I should go to JCPenneys. No one is forcing him to do the deals. I paid $300 for the combined shoot and makeup and am entitled to be treated with professionalism. And the pictures? They were just mediocre. There was very little diversity in poses or angles, and he didn't give a lot of instruction during the shoot. Probably because I was a deal customer and I should just be "grateful" to be there.

Great Experience

Professional & fun!! This was a great experience and if anyone is looking to get beautiful photos, I highly recommend Ken Jones.

Made it easy, natural, & stress free. A great day, and I look forward to great photos.
