I called just to get some basic information and, instead of helping me, the intake person wanted personal information from me. I was happy to give my first name, a day time phone number should they find someone and my zip code, but I started to draw line at other requests. For starters, I declined to give my last name and, without just offering an explanation for why they needed this information, the man said "fine" and hung up on me! I'd bet that if they are this rude when trying to gain my business, I can only imagine how rude they are once you've already invested in them! Please beware.
