Always a great option. Since Milk and Honey has been closed for close to a month, I've been to Little Branch a few times and have been quite impressed. Though it's not as intimate as M&H the vibe is very similar, the service phenominal, and the drinks to die for. The doorman that lingers outside on Fri and Sat nights can be a bit rude.

interesting place. Little branch is a great place if you're looking for a mellow place to chat with some friends and try interesting drinks. Apparently drink making is an artform here, and I do have to say I was pretty impressed. I ordered both the bee's knees and the bee's kiss which are honey and rum based concoctions. Good if you like sweet drinks. The bee's knees had a shot of cream and some nutmeg in it which made it decadent and creamy. mmmm We also tried the mint julep (average) and the dark and stormy which is a ginger beer based with rum. Really good and refreshing if you like ginger.

The only thing about this place is that the drinks are so freaking pricey and the staff is a bit cold...I guess that is the standard for NYC but it's still a shock when after an hour of sipping you realize you've just spent $80 on liquids and the waiter hasn't so much as said hello.

Great. This place is pretty great. The drinks are expensive but it makes up for it with the atmosphere. Great.

if you want to impress others with your knowledge of nyc underground circuit, head to Little Branch. great drinks great service, great atmosphere. Its sexyness is alluring along with its live jazz throughout the night. Great for a date spot or a evening with a small group.

Just Go. Unpretentious, relaxed, and intimate. The perfect bar to have an actual conversation with someone and the kind of space that you can sit in for hours. The dim lights, low ceilings and cozy booths set the mood and the smooth cocktails put this place over the top. If you like Gin, I recommend the Old Maid or Aviation. The bartenders are extraordinary.

Fantastic Cocktails. Little Branch has the same cocktails as Milk & Honey and they are the best cocktails in New York. Relaxing sit-down cozy atmosphere without having to call ahead for reservations. Enough said.

Fun drinks with unpretentious staff. Unlike other trandy the bars, I found the waitstaff to be very friendly and approachable. The drinks were good but way too overpriced for what they were. The booths are good to catch up with some friends, but it's not really indicative to meeting/seeing other people at the bar. I'd go back but probably won't make it a local favorite of mine.

Smooth drinks...great staff!. Love it! I'm a local so...my word is god. Exceptional drinks. Super friendly staff. Service was outstanding, even though it got a little crowded. Still exclusive...hope it stays that way. Only negative was the "in awe" tourists and b&t'ers that act like they've never been to a bar in their entire lives.

Perfect. the whole thing just works! the simple design fits with the philosophy of the drinks-- make perfect drinks, don't sweat the hype. what I mean is, the drinks are made with love and attention and there is no pretense, they just want you to experience a great cocktail and don't care who you think you are or what the latest fad is. wonderful. chunks of ice like icebergs.
