So far I've only had appetizers, but they are fantastic. Try the goat cheese and fig bruchetta. The calamari was cooked perfectly, which is difficult to find. The staff is very welcoming, attentive and friendly. I have a hard time believing a meal here could just be a step above mediocre.

One weekday evening, a few of my clients and myself decided to dine at Ribot. As we entered the restaurant, the outside area was busy with happy hour folks, all of whom seemed to be enjoying themselves. The interior's decor was modern, sleek and clean. The service was very attentive and top notch. The head waiter maintained a fun and light hearted rapport with us. The selection of food, in terms of the way they grouped it in different categories (traditional, modern and etc) was novel and interesting. The food itself, though, while good was nothng to write home about. I would say that it was slightly above medicore. My only other qualm was the noise level. We sat on the floor level, which is not very large. There was a group of maybe 7 folks nearby who were chatting quite loudly. With a small space, the noise level became annoying.
Pros: fine place to bring corporate clients, great service
Cons: due to small space on the floor level, noise can be an issue
