Park Blue is one of New York's most unique experiences. Fonda Tsironis has created a sexy, sophisticated lounge devoted to half bottles of wine, small plates and full service in this warm and cozy midtown gem. Eric Simeon's menu, featuring lobster eggs Benedict, grilled octopus and the best mini-cheeseburgers in New York, is sure to please all palates. With over 120 choices, the wine list, comprised entirely of half bottles, is unparalleled. Behind a stunning white onyx bar comes inventive specialty cocktails and impeccable classics. For private events, Park Blue's party room is perfect for intimate gatherings up to 75 people. Park Blue is perfect for pre-theatre or post-theatre drinks or dining. Editorial Review for Park Blue – by Kara Zuaro

The Scene
Dark wood and midnight blue color the interior of this long and lean wine bar. The tall tables and low banquets, the elegant softly glowing sconces, and the well-stocked, back-lit bar are all sleek and chic while the staff is warm and inviting. The seasoned maitre'd, who also happens to be the owner, greets every guest.

The Draw
Sophisticated bar food, a skilled mixologist, and a killer wine list entice a classy crowd after work and after hours. When the five o'clock whistle blows, Midtown professionals stop by for crispy crab fritters, classic cocktails and specialty drinks--try the pleasantly pulpy strawberry and lychee rum punch or champagne with blueberry puree. After the midnight hour, local restaurant staffers, including chefs and sommeliers from the nearby Time Warner Center, stop by post-shift to ponder the wide selection of half-size wine bottles and savor late-night breakfasts of lobster eggs benedict.

I met my friends at Park Blue after work last week. As I had never been there before, I didn't know much about it. I found the ambiance to be very relaxing and the service to be good. The mini burgers I had were delicious and they had a very extensive half bottle wine list. Highly Recommended

I wouldn't recommend this place for eating, especially since there are SO many other really good food options right next to Park Blue! Maybe this place is good for wine & hard liquor but their food is 'blah'. Went there with my friend and we ordered frisse salad, lardons, serrano ham and grilled baby octopus for sharing and waited about 30 minutes in between our two appetizers - not acceptable. SO disappointing. I won't be back there again.
