Worst place for a facial!

by dreamwultz

Great location, nice amenities, but the WORST place I've gotten a facial at. They almost ruined my face. Beautician perhaps not licensed, did not know what she was talking about, the few things she was able to tell me, I've thought many years ago- which is entirely untrue. Ok, no knowledge, doesn't matter- just wanted a quick facial and get outta there. However she poked my face so hard I had to scream and still DID NOT get the idea to stop (not only that she laughed about it), now i'm hoping I'm not permanently scarred and almost killed my face with the high frequency charge to reduce redness/kill bacteria.. I insisted I did not want it if that's the lowest it goes..she did not get the point intially- in the end of course the customer wins, but had I not tell her...couldn't wait to storm outta there. Will not go back, gave me VIP discount for next time- NO THANKS!

Best Deep Tissue

by ckim32

I prefer to get a massage that would get all of the knots and tension out of my back. It's a relatively no frills yet nicely decorated spa. I'm never disappointed and go back to this spa all the time.

  • Pros: Best massage, affordable
  • Cons: No frills

Good experience- VERY reasonable!

by cmw8300

I went to Supple Spa with my boyfriend for spa week. We got a couples massage and i have to say that I was a little skeptical at first after reading the mixed reviews- but for $50 each, I would give it a try. From the second we walked in, we were greeted by an extremely welcoming and pleasant staff. They offered us water and led us to the massage chairs in the waiting room. After waiting for about 5 minutes, we went into our room and it was set up beautifully! Rose petals were scattered on the bed, it was nicely decorated and the ambiance was really romantic. Both of our technicians were EXCELLENT! After our massage, they did not rush us out and kept offering water. The only drawback was that the walls/dividers are very thin, and you could hear other clients in the spa talking if they aren't quiet. In our case it was a very loud, obnoxious couple discussing their blackheads-really ruined the mood. Also, they do not have a relaxation area, or a changing room. All in all, my boyfriend and I were VERY pleased with the experience. I'm really looking forward to going back soon!

  • Pros: Pleasant staff, cheap prices, pretty ambiance
  • Cons: No changing room or relaxation area
