Products are displayed, museum-like, in the all-white downstairs with helpful sales staff ready to assist, while upstairs are spa rooms, whose treatments emphasis skin health more than pampering. (That means you'll find an LED light facial and oxygen facial, but no hot stone facial.) Nutrition counselors are on hand, as is a small library of books on skin health, aging and nutrition.
