Go now, today, this very moment. I've been going to Ohm Spa since 2007, after reading great reviews in Citysearch. They've continued to deliver since then because I'm still a very, very happy customer.

Before going here, I consistently got facials yet broke out all the time. I always had to wear makeup. I was that girl who would wake up early to dab on concealer before my boyfriend woke up. After seeing Brita here, my skin is so healthy that I don't need makeup. It's better now than it was in my 20's and as a teen. In fact, when I say to my friends that I'm going to get a facial, they say that I don't need one because my skin is so clear. Exactly, thanks to my regular facials here! And I always have a ball in my sessions with Brita.

And the massages are genius -- I've gone on various days and have seen Nicole, Dara and Allie. All have magic hands, and helped my achy deskbound stressed-out body feel lighter and relaxed. And they've all taken the time afterwards to show me stretches and to give me tips on staying limber and relaxed. You can tell they genuinely care about your wellbeing.

The owners Jonathan and Kathy did a great job hiring positive, talented people and creating an intimate and friendly space. If you're new to spas, you'll feel welcome and not intimidated at all.

I rarely write reviews and usually refer by word of mouth, but it hit me that without reading a review, I may not have found Ohm Spa. I've lived in worked in Manhattan for 15 years now, have gone to many spas in the past, but stopped looking around when I found this place. It's a very special place, and if you're looking for a spa, go here. Now. Stop reading, and go!!

Amazing spa day!. My boyfriend brought me there to celebrate our anniversary and it was totally magical. The people there are really sweet and make you feel at ease from the moment you walk in. Had the hot stone massage, the honey facial, mani and pedi and it was heaven. Will definitely go back again and bring a friend!

Down to Earth, Elegant, Wonderful Staff. I'm not a picky person in general, but I am a tough sell on a spa as I was a massage therapist for 10 yrs. Ohm Spa is truly wonderful. It is tranquil but not pretentious, and everyone from front desk to the therapists to the spa director were down to earth and a pleasure. I got a massage from Jess and facial from Laurie--both were amazing. They were talented, well-trained, and really listened to what I was looking for. I went with a friend and we relaxed in the lounge afterwards, really enjoyed the atmosphere. I left feeling like a whole new person.

Best facial & massage. This was the first time I had visited Ohm Spa in my recent trip to NYC. To say the least, the facility is inviting and tranquil. I met my esthetician, Paula, who gave me a thorough and detailed analysis and then gave me the best Dermalogica facial I have ever had before! I have been getting facials for over 15 years in Miami and Annapolis, MD and this was BY FAR the best facial I have ever had. Paula was very knowledgeable, professional and gentle. I brought a gentlemen friend with me who was a "facial novice" and received his first facial with Paula and commented to me afterwards that he was "hooked!"

After my fabulous facial, I had a 1 hour massage with Allie who was nothing less than spectacular! She had such a soothing touch and I felt much more at peace with her than what I have experienced in the past with prior masseuses.

When I am in NYC again, I am definately scheduling some time at Ohm to be pampered. This unassuming and inviting spa has a wonderful staff and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the NYC area!

Great Gift or Secret Indulgence. I didn't actually get to test out the services, I gifted one to my boyfriend who was in desperate need of a massage.

It was between Bliss and Ohm. I opted with Ohm based on the reviews and the fact that I've been to Bliss which tends to cater far more to women than men. Ohm seemed more gender-neutral. The price point was also slightly cheaper than Bliss (emphasis on slightly). I booked over the phone, and the staff was very friendly.

The unassuming building interior might make you suspicious but it's nothing but nice once you're inside. It's small, making it more intimate than Bliss, and the lighting at the front desk isn't glaring retail-white.

My boyfriend was given strawberry infused water and iced tea (he was thirsty, apparently) then whisked off to a room to be pounded on. He came out a puddle of goo. The massage therapist also gave him some health pointers, like drinking more water to increase muscle elasticity and less soreness, stretching moderately to help keep his back more aligned.

My only complaint was that I wasn't the one to get a spa treatment here :)

Of all the spas I've tried, the best so far. The first time I went to Ohm, I received a gift certificate from a friend for the Hot Stone massage. I had Nicole as my masseuse and she was excellent. Knew what she was doing and where to massage me. Told me afterwards that i was a bit more tense and muscular on the left side (which is true since I am a left handed tennis player and I always carry bags on the left). I have tried other spas and I believe Ohm overall is the best bet for the price. I liked them so much that I booked a couples massage for my boyfriends 34th birthday. They were (like before) veyr easy to book with. The staff is amazing. Very nice and accomodating. I asked for Nicole again and my bf had Jess as his masseuse. He generally doesnt like massages but he definitely enjoyed his hot stone! Thanks again Ohm, I (and the bf) will be back soon :)

Ideal Birthday. Went to Ohm for my birthday and it was terrific. Had a 3-hour package of massage, manicure and pedicure. Walked away feeling divine. My friend had a facial too and she said it was awesome. They do a really good job making you feel welcome. Really nice and accomodating staff. I will be going back soon.

Top Notch Massage. I received a gift card for my big 3-0 and absolutely loved it! I've since gone back on my own and now I'm hooked. Both times, the massage was soothing yet firm - the hour flew by so fast! Also had their mani-pedi which was also very thorough - not like the quickie jobs at a regular nail salon. You can sit and watch and entire movie while you're there. The decor is nice and cozy. The people are really friendly. It's my new escape from life!
