A fireplace and votive-topped tables add a cozy touch to the space otherwise adorned by framed Guinness posters. Video games in front and two pool tables in back allow patrons to be participants rather than spectators, and the after-work rush can become quite a competitive singles scene.

Too expensive

I was at Jack Russell's with some friends for a football game, I have to admit the place looks nice but it was def. not worth the price. We had some food and beers but wow was i shocked with those ridiculous prices and tip already added on our bill. Now i now why they call it jack russells, cause they are as sneaky as the dogs.

Pros: lots of tv's
Cons: Are they serious with their prices!

AS RUDE AS YOU CAN GET

I went to Brady's to play a game of pool but they were having some party their so the pool table was covered with food. My next option was Jack Russells so I headed their and played a couple games and had a few beers. First of all their pool tables s*ck along with those sticks they supply and on top of that they ask for $2.00 a game. Irrelevant I continued to play and have a good time. I went home that night and realized the next morning I forgot my card, so my girl and I head back the next day to settle the bill and maybe even grab a drink. The bar tender was not able to find my card so nicely asks the owner who screams WHAT in her face with his beer in his right hand and a fake rolex in the left, haha. Anyhow he goes to get my card and rudely said it was declined, He was so rude both my girlfriend, me and not to forget his friend were all in shock. I said dont worry we are going to settle the bill, I obviously was their because i wanted to pay and get my card. Anyhow I paid my bill and told him he was very rude. I sincerely hope he is the owner otherwise I would suggest the owner considers looking for the tall american guy with the fake rolex. all this for $34, nice job as*hol*. HIGHLY RECCOMEND BRADY'S BAR, great staff, nice owner & good people.

Great sports bar

Jack Russells is a great place to grab a drink and watch a game. They have telivision sets all over including mini one;s right at the bar directly in front of you. I highly reccomment this place to anyone who is looking for a nice bar to watch some games with friends.

Chill Place

Cool music nice staff and TONS OF SPACE. IT's also located in a prime spot which is on the upper east side on 2nd ave. So bar hopping is easy.

Scary Atmosphere

The manager is an absolute maniac... he screams at the bartenders and dj like nobodies business.. My friends and I were horrified!! Overall the place was OK, but I'm not sure I wanna be in that scene again! Dollar mugs have their appeal but that only goes so far..
