Delightful Experience. We hosted my husband's 40th Birthday Party there recently and I said to my husband when we got home that evening I am going to "pull a you" and post something on their website because we had such a wonderful experience and I never do this kind of stuff! My husband has an account and as a matter of fact, swears by this site, so when the manager referred me to to it for reviews I was surprised to read negative reviews at all because we really just had such a great time! From the first phone call we only encountered cooperative and courteous individuals and the outcome of the party was just so wonderful! First of all my husband was shocked which is was exactly the reaction I was hoping we would get! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was perfect for our group, and we really just adored every step of the process. I would HIGHLY recommend The Havana Room as a place to throw a classy party on a budget! I am not sure how all these sites work but if anyone from the Havana Room comes across this a sincere thank you from me and my husband!I really cannot everyone involved enough!

Certainly not paradise.... You'd think that under such times people would be more willing to provide a good service and build clientele in the process....not for The Havana Room!

Have to HONESTLY say; haven't witnessed such high level of POOR SERVICE in an extremely long time. Wouldn't consider it again and hope you take my experience as a warning.

Worst Service Ever!. Went to a friend's party which was being hosted at this location and found the management team to be unprofessional and unwilling to be hospitable; something that given the industry, should come naturally. The bartenders were uncooperative, though not on the level of the manager who was inattentive, considering the amount of business they were gaining.

Would not consider it for one of my own events.

excellent party location. Had my birthday party here on Saturday. Was absolutely flawless! Would definitely come here again. Everyone loved it!

great place. Decor, food, staff! Tops when you are in the city. It was a wonderful experience. Next time I'm in NY I will definitely go back to the Havana Room.

Great customer service. My wife and I had our baby shower at the Havana Room and everything was perfect! The manager was extremely professional as were the bartenders. The food was delicious. We had pasta with vegetables, grilled salmon, and Paella. I highly recommend using Eat, Drink , and Be Merry when planning an event. They made this entire process simple and easy.

great party space. my friends introduced me to this room recently and i have nothing but great things to say. from booking the party with their planners, to the party everything was smooth and alot of fun. the food was tasty and the bartenders were great. i would definately book another party there

Awesome Time, Great Party!. The Havana Room was the perfect location for my husbands 30th birthday. Eat Drink and Be Merry took care of all the planning and details. All I had to do was show up with party! The staff was super nice, the drinks delicious and the room was gorgeous! I had such a great time that know I am planning my sister's engagement party!!!
