not bad. I did enjoy my night out over there; music was fine, the service and drinks were not bad at all. Really nice atmosphere. We were a bit skeptical regarding the door policy though..the first time we went there the line was huge, it took us almost an hour to get into the club. The second time we were 9people and we booked a Limo night out package for like $160 , for 1h limo tour and admission in the club skipping the line (limotournyc) that was a pretty good deal! Anyway I’ll definitely go back there!

Worst Club In NYC. Had VIP Table service, except no service. Only saw our waitress once over 5 hours. The bar back did all the work. Management was awful and they apparently never talked to our waitress after we worked out the situation with 2 of them. Way overcrowded. They blocked access to the floors at times. We were on the top floor, went downstairs and were not allowed back to top floor where we had paid for a table, but we snuck by the dumb bouncers and got up there after all.

I DO NOT recommend.

Was Assaulted, Their Security did NOTHING!. I was Assaulted on Halloween of this year, by two other patrons and when I went to report it to their security, they did nothing, they did not give any effort to find them, the two guys were not even wearing Masks, and I gave great description of the Perps and what costumes they were wearing. I was punched several times by two of them and I received several bruises and a broken tooth as well as lost a TapOUT shoe and Bad BOY cap, by trying to run away from them. I was not able to defend myself because there were two of them, and they were much bigger than me. While I was getting hit several times, I ran to the Bar to seek help and even the Bar Maid did not even help, as I was screaming for help. Finally, when I got to the Security outside,in back of the club; because none of them were there when I was getting assaulted on the dance floor or near the bar, they finally attended to me.

When I requested the security to call the cops they did not, they claimed they will handle it, and I requested several times to call them and they did not call them, I was however seen by their EMT person, (given a Band-Aid and some ICE, "Big Whop" although he was Very Helpful and Attentive, "they should have called an Ambulance", but after that , the security people encouraged me to go home because they just did not want to help me, or do any effort to find them. There answer was "It is a Crazy Night" I wanted to say "That's Your Answer for trying to find them? REALLY? Unbelievable! I now have a Scar above my nose and I had to get an Extensive Root Canal and a Crown for my front tooth, I am very upset by this!

When I went back to the club later that night (4:30 AM, because I heard they are open till 7 AM), to speak to the one of the managers, of which did not help, to ask if they found my hat and shoe, (Lost & Found Dept) and to see the status of my complaint , they were closing, one of their junior security people said in a SARCASTIC Manner, "We did not find a TapOUT shoe, Your HAT or a Broken Tooth" When I spoke with a Police Officer the next day to file a complaint, they claimed that This Club is known for drugs and other types of misbehavings and that "they" (CLUB) do not like when We go there because there is always problems. When I went to Community Board 4 to see if there are complaints about them, I had found various articles and complaints on file about this club, including the New York Post Online Edition. The hotel I stayed at said "That club is known for problems" and when I ran into another patron at the hotel who over heard my conversation He said the Friday before, there were several fights and problems. When I tell people what happened, to me, their response is " What do you expect, many people are high on drugs there, it is known for drugs and problems."This club is "Today's" SoundFactory; (Ironically same location) & Limelight which was known for drugs and problems that closed them down!

All in ALL, I LIKED going there, music was great, DJ''S were great, Until I was Assaulted!

Could be better. Went there last weekend. The balcony area was nice, you could see people dancing from up there.

The dancing area was pretty crowded, but fun. The small area downstairs wasn't any fun. The toilets are in the middle of a dancing crowd. Not very convenient. The dancing hall downstairs should be bigger.
