Adorable store. Customer service - not. The store itself is adorable. The products are great, but negative 3 stars for customer service.

I have been here twice to browse with my baby.

And both times I feel like the staff is cold.

Nor did they offer to help me with anything, both times.

I was going to buy a skip hop mat but decided to spend my money else where.

I dont know about you, but good customer service goes along way with me.

Great Store.. Fantastic store. This store carries quality items and it shows. People say this store is overpriced, but really, their prices are comparable to mainstream market prices, they just carry the nicer stuff you can't always find in your regular Babies R Us or Target.

Excellent selection of high end strollers that the sales staff is more than happy to tell you about and demo for you - Bugaboo, Maclaren, Orbit, UppaBaby, Phil & Teds...
