Dominican-born, Spanish-apprenticed Oscar de la Renta has been wowing the fashion circuit since he began his own ready-to-wear line in 1965. This beige-on-white boutique is a canvas for his bright, dramatic frocks, delicate footwear (strappy, take-you-anywhere heels), whimsical accessories (seashell-encrusted belts and clutches) and dreamy gowns (like a full skirted number with a tight, strapless bodice detailed with beaded sparkle). A television playing footage of past runway shows provides inspiration, although the clothing itself does that just fine.

What a shame.... Oscar would be appalled in knowing how his sales associates are representing him at the boutique. The level of customer service provided (or not provided, I should say) diminishes the desire to even seek anything ODR. The sales associates provide a comprehensive negative experience (phone manners, in-house service, follow-up, etc.). Management: Please do something about this. Thank you.
