User Reviews for BriteSmile Teeth Whitening Spa

I was excited about having my teeth whitened, but this feeling became a frustration... I originally scheduled an appointment at the Soho location but was called twice to reschedule, apparently their dr. had called out sick. Then I was adviced to schedule at their Midtown Spa, but again, I was informed that the dr. was not in and finally they sent me to Their Madison Ave. store! That on its own was a mission! I felt very inconvinienced and annoyed at how they bounced me around their locations (btw when at madison, I found other clients with the same expirience). I was told as well that i would be in the office for no more than an hour because they had a new whitening procedure which lasts 21 minutes... procedure which is supposed to be a new improved formula that requires less time in the spa but offers the "same great result". I was there for 2 1/2 hours, the waiting time was ridiculous and it seemed like they ran a sweat shop instead of a spa. My results were ok, but definately not worth the hassle i went through to have it done. Its funny though, i called the spas using another name to book an appointment, and to no surprise until today, i was called to reschedule my appointment... still same excuse: The dr. called out sick! Makes you wonder what kind of business they are running...

Pros: cant find one

Cons: all of the above
