Like Via A lot!

I don't know who keeps going on and writing bad reviews, must be the same person because I myself and lots of my friends have been to via on occasion and always have a good time. The food is excellent and the vibe of the place is real different. Not many places in NYC where you can go and get good food in a fun party atmoshpere. The staff is always real nice also. I would for sure recommend Via to anyone!!!

AVOID VIA

If you haven't noticed by the reviews, VIA is NOT the place to be! I went for a friend's Birthday and it was ruined by the Owner and his big ego and money hungry attitude. He was being selective at the door for what was a planned event. Only those who would shell out a few hundred bucks for bottles were allowed in. After numerous attempts to get the rest of the guests in, my friend took her party and left. There was no reasoning with him so PLEASE DON'T HAVE YOUR PARTY AT VIA or even a night out cause he deserves to be shut down. Even the promoter has dropped them after this incident. It seems that the owner should learn a thing or two about business and customer service before trying to re-open VIA under a different name.
- Pros: It's the company you're with that makes a party so choose wisely, don't go to VIA
- Cons: Everything about VIA is a CON, especially the Owner

HORRIBLE

Went to this place on Saturday, Not at all what I expected, a weird mix of really old people and really young people almost like 18 year olds running around trying to start fights pushing and shoving every one. They were not really selective on who they let in lots of not to be rude but ugly people. , There was a line out side and they would not let people in, I guess trying to impress the people passing by, To show That's its the place to be But it really Was'nt It really did not make any sence,the place was not really packed. The DJ played really out dated music Like the Foxy brown reggae remix. 3x in a row Probably from an IPOD. The Drinks were watered downd and overpriced constant pressure by the hosteses to buy bottles$$. Just Not a Good time.

- Cons: Two toilets in building Just makes no sence
