No one can ever imagine the thought of liquid damage to your computer, especially someone like me who NEVER backed up anything, ever! I seldom take time to write a review so listen closely :-) GO HERE FOR MAC REPAIRS!! 1. Great location - right next to Penn Station / Madison square garden 2. They've got a deal on Yelp for $20 for $10 - Free Money! 3. I showed up at 7:10 on a Friday ( they close at 7) and was helped without being rushed at all. 4. I was told it would take 2-3 days to repair my Mac - BAM - 1 day later it was done 5. My Mac is running perfectly now and looks brand new

Computer Overhauls is a huge necessity to all of us laptop owners who have struggled to find decent repair solutions here in New York City. They helped me to solve my problem and they recommended alternate software, (to the software that was causing me trouble before) that works on top of cleaning up an old and troublesome mess. The Technician cleaned my fan, (gummed up with dust, which I hadn't expected) and cleaned the machine on top of everything else. When I got there to pick up the laptop I got to speak to the man who fixed it and I asked him other questions related to the original issue and he answered them all patiently and without any attitude at all. I couldn't help but overhear some of the conversations when I first came in and I was surprised at how patient and diligent the Computer Overhaul staff were with everyone. I believed in them from that alone, but their actual work and solving of my problem was beyond my expectations.

Sweet and simple. I dropped off me sick puppy of a computer and they had it done in a few days. Virus gone, computer fast, rocking & rolling. Cool midtown office with great staff.

Smashed my iPhone 4 screen. Called Computer Overhauls and they said they could do it while I waited. I walked in and was checked in right away, 35 minutes later walked out with a new screen. very coo!!

Best iPhone Service in NYC $99 for pickup & delivery for iPhone 4 screen replacement Can't be beat by anyone Phone picked up by 11am and back to me by 3pm, never had to leave my office. Simply excellent service

They definitely KNOW their stuff at this place. No nonsense straightforward pricing and no attitude. Plus they clean your Mac before giving it back. Mine was definitely in rough shape but looked almost new after they finished up with it. Top of the mark!

I have a Macbook but needed a PC to take an online course for a class I was taking. I got a nice Dell rental from them for a very reasonable price. FYI - they do not come with Microsoft office but you can download a free 60 day trial which I did and the worked well for me.
