La Dolce Vita delights by giving standards a twist

Puget Sound Business Journal (Seattle) - February 16, 2007 "La Dolce Vita is among the better Italian restaurants in town." "Flavors erupted in several directions."

Welcome to La Dolce Vita - The Sweet Life! Italians have pursued La Dolce Vita for centuries, perfecting it in harmony with Italy's mild climate, olive groves, ancient ruins & beautiful vineyards. From this happy environment has sprung a cuisine unique in its ability to give pleasure, marrying simplicity with sensuality. We hope you enjoy your dining experience with us, whether an afternoon lunch, an early dinner before the theater or that special sporting event, in the company of good friends, or just raising your glass to toast that special someone or something. Our goal is to offer you a fine dining experience and bring "La Dolce Vita" to your table.

We had heard that Twain was becoming head chef and we had to try it! We were Twain fan's at the former restaurant he was employed at. He was his usual creative self as he prepared a fantastic white wild King Salmon special, not what you would expect at an Italian restaurant, It was delicious. The food, ambiance, and personal attention was outstanding. We will definately be back again soon!

Pros: Food, Ambience, personal attention

Cons: parking
