My computer was fixed within an hour. They were very fast and convenient. When I got my computer back, all my files were exactly as I’d left them. It was like it never left my side!

I bought the lg prada phone (unlocked). The phone works beautifully but I was having problems connecting to the internet. I went to the cell phone store and they were not able to help me. I called my service provider and the LG. They couldn’t fix the problem. I was so upset. I just spent $500 on the phone. I called 1 hr support, dropped off my cell phone and David the technician, had it fixed in 15mins! He’s amazing! I will recommend 1 hr support to everyone I know.
