I went to Chopra during spa week... you enter the store and head downstairs, where the floorplan is quite large (spa service, sitting room and yoga). The folks were all very pleasant. I had a facial which was not aggressive, rather more focused on calming and relaxing (about 40-45 minutes long). At the end, there is no hard product sell (chopra has its own line). My facialist actually forgot to recommend products, but I was quite impressed with and bought the mild acne cleanser, which had an alluring but calming lemongrass smell (prices are pretty typical). The only thing I was a little annoyed by was that we fill out the "chopra" survey which is supposed to tell you what "type" of person you are... my facialist never reviewed it with me.
Pros: warm staff, great skincare products

I booked a facial during spa week to try out the spa. The facilities are beautiful and tranquil, very rich feeling. the locker room was well equpped and then I sat in relaxation room, and filled out my "quiz" so they could determine my "type". the facialist escorted me to room, which was well designed. the facial was terrific, she explained things but no chatter and did an excellent job. all in all a great experience. my only complaint is that while I was changing, I heard a lot of noise coming from hallway and when I went out I was told there was a bridal shower spa party. they were making so much noise, they really should have been asked to keep it down for the other guests' benefit. If i had been receiving my treatment with that noise it would have been very distracting. the prices are a bit much (facials are $150+), and not sure if I would pay the full price..but it is an excellent spot if price isnt an issue with you.
Pros: ambience
Cons: a little pricey
