Never call them for a pick up. I can't believe that this organization that says they do so much good would be so unprofessional. They guaranteed a pick up of thousands of dollars worth of merchandise from my store and NEVER SHOWED UP. They gave us the run around said the truck was full and they couldn't reschedule - very rude over the phone for the pick up and then couldn't give me a solution to this problem after I waited from 8am in the morning until 3:30pm in the afternoon for them. I was very patient with them and I hate to be a Scrooge but I will never support them again.

Efficient and Super-Friendly. The staff are super-friendly and get your in and out, complete with your tax-deductible donation form. A great ending to cleaning your apartment and getting rid of all the stuff you don't need.
