Amazing Acupuncture!. I had a fantastic experience with Iris at Acupuncture Remedies. I had never tried acupuncture before but was very stressed out and had heard that acupuncture could help. Iris came very highly recommended so I gave it a try. I was so surprised about how relaxed I felt when leaving the office. Iris made me feel very comfortable and was very clear when explaining exactly what she was doing and why. I am now addicted to her services! As a pretty stressed out fashion entrepreneur, Iris and Acupuncture Remedies have been a life - altering experience!!

Amazing Experience. Being new to the world of acupuncture, and nervous about needles-- I was quickly eased with Iris's calm demeanor and knowledge.

She mostly works with women as my wife has been going to her and suggested that she could assist me with my joint pain. I never imagined I'd feel so relaxed and that I'd fall asleep on the treatment table, but I did. My joint pain has eased up tremendously with a series of visits. Go see Iris! I already sent my best friend's son and he likes it too.

Taking The Mystery Out of Acupuncture!!. I was new to acupuncture and Iris was extremely knowledgeable and communicated clearly. She explained everything as she was doing it. I signed up for 6 sessions and have been getting results for the problem I went to see her for.

Truly a wonderful experience!. I had never tried acupuncture before, but was looking for a way to improve my overall "women's wellness" and figured it couldn't hurt. I'm glad I found Iris! She is very thorough and gets to know everything about you. Her process is very gentle; and she takes care to cover not only what ails me physically, but addresses my emotional needs as well. Since beginning I have experienced improved digestion (an excellent extra benefit), less painful menstruation, as well as an reduced stress level. I highly recommend her. She is my weekly therapy, and I look forward to each visit!

AMAZING! SAVED MY QUALITY OF LIFE!. I heard about Iris through a friend and heard raving reviews. I was so nervous to have acupuncture but had serious backpain. She was sweet and all she wanted to do was cure me.. Guess what.. My acupuncture session was painless and my back feels amazing! Iris saved my quality of life! I can't thank Acupuncture Remedies enough for working magic and giving me back my life! Thank you for listening to me and understanding my needs and delivering results that I never thought would happen! You are fantastic!!!

Wonderful way to relieve stress. Iris is located in a very convenient area of NY and is very willing to work with your schedule. I went to her to try to find relief from headaches and she was able to help relieve tension in my jaw and neck. I highly recommend her, especially as she takes a plethora of insurances!

Iris is great!. I love my weekly appointment with Iris at Acupuncture Remedies. I try and go in the middle of the day and it is a perfect way to relax and destress before heading back to the office. Iris is very attentive and extremely personable. The needles have never hurt and I truly am starting to feel a bit better each day. I highly recommend this place!

Great way to relieve stress. I have been going to Iris for the past few months and am now completely turned on to acupuncture. Iris has the ability to understand her clients and target exactly what is needed. I do acupuncture not only for the physical benefits, but emotional as well. I would highly recommend Iris and am looking forward to our next session!

Finally, someone who listens, who really hears you. I have been suffering with RA for several months. A close friend of mine suggested that I try acupuncture. She knew of an acupuncturist who has had success treating RA pain. That's all I needed to hear. I called and made an appointment right away. I met beautiful Iris, and after a careful intake, and much discussion, we started a treatment plan. Already, after a few sessions, I have started to feel relief. Thank you so much Iris. I finally feel like I have been heard.
