I love the Zone

Ok so I finally had to guts to join the meal plan that everyone is raving about and words can't even explain how happy I am with the meals and customer service. I received my first delivery on Wednesday and I couldnt believe how nice the meals was packaged so of course that impressed me from the get go. I put the meals in the fridge and began the diet on Thursday morning as instructed by Lori from customer service. (who might I add is very nice and informative)I ate the cinnamon french toast for breakfast and I was sooo shocked how good the meal was. Basically, what I am trying to say is the food is delicious and the presentation of the meals is much better in person then the pictures on the website. The only thing is the shipping cost is alot but it's all worth it especially that I am picking my own meals. Oh, did I forget to mention you can pick your own menu!

5 days frees

I ordered the optimum results program through the special promotion on citysearch to get 5 days free. The catch is that you have to pay $40 to have those free meals shipped. I suppose it is still a good deal, since it is $150 worth of meals. Im starting my second week and the food is better than I expected. I dont have a scale at home; I threw that out a long time ago. But I feel good so far.

Great diet Meals

I enjoy this service a lot and I continue to lose weight from sticking to this program. My husband turns his nose on my diet food. I wont tell him how delicious the food is, so he wont be tempted to eat my meals! Although it is hard to watch him munch on potato chips and ice cream, the fact that Im noticing a big difference in my weight helps to keep me on track.

I like that I can customize my menu. The muffins, soy chips and cheesecakes are so good that I cant believe Im supposed to eat it to lose weight! I have more energy now to run after my kids. I highly recommend the Zone Diet.

not all programs are customizable

My only complaint about the zone diet service is that not all programs are customizable. I'm on the frozone, and if I could, I'd have the rosemary chicken and stuff shells for dinner every night. I don't like curry, so I don't like the curry chicken with basmati rice meal. It would be great if all programs offer us a chance to customize. The portions are smaller than I am used to, but then again, the purpose is to lose weight. Overall, I'm happy with the service, meals and its effective in helping me lose weight.

best customer service

I've been on a few meal delivery programs mostly for the convenience. Zone Diet At Home stands out for me because of their great customer service. I always ask for Lori whenever I have a question about changing my meals. Very friendly and goes above and beyond to help!
