NY Pole Dancing is my favorite way to vary up my workout schedule while having an amazing time. The instructors are all really passionate about what they do and it's completely contagious. More than regular exercise, pole dancing (at least at this studio) requires you to get out of your head and into your body. What ever shape you're in, you're encouraged to find your inner temptress and let her out. The workouts definitely challenge me physically, although they're set up so that even in the first class everyone can do something on the pole by the end of the day. Now after a few months, I feel like I'm flying up there. Yes, there may be cheaper pole classes somewhere in the city, but you get what you pay for. Here they have smaller classes, individual attention and a great atmosphere!!!

Who knew that after having two kids back to back and NOT feeling the same confidence as before children, I'd be able to find a way of working out that feels good. It makes me feel seductive and leaves me wanting more! All the instructors have made me feel good about moving, showing me how to move and how to loosen up these tight hips. I love pole dancing - my husband loves me pole dancing, so much that he bought a pole for our bedroom! Yay!
Pros: nice studio, instructors are so sweet
