stay away from this place. I got 4 laser hair removal surgery from this people.I got treated three times with different people , they do bad jobs , missing all over and they scared to do higher enerjies i sopke with few other lasers such as Assara they told me they are using very low joules. After four sessions 70 percent of hair is still there. At their web site written satisfaction guarantee. I am so dissapointed with this place. STAY AWAY

Nice people, well informed about laser hair removal. I went to a lot of consultations before I came here. Best consultation I got. In depth and satisfied all my questions about the procedure. I was even discouraged to do some areas other places insisted would be good for laser hair removal! I didnt finish treatments yet so not rating for end results.

I like the location and the service. I like their location. The building is full with good companies doing high end services. Manhattan laser is no exception. They always remember my name and treat everyone with care. I like their prices too. I have recommended some friends and I was given benefits for my following treatments for that. It's good to know that some people like their job and show it.

Tanning salon works for me!. Yeah, since when is a tanning salon for celebs in the same space a con? I visited Portofino's SoHo location a few times and I like them a lot. I was thrilled to find out that they moved in with Manhattan Laser. The space is big enough for both companies to remain distinct and separate and you can benefit from both.

Anyway, just wanted to add my 2 cents. I like these guys a lot but I'm not great in reviewing. I converted my whole family to laser hair removal and we all go to Manhattan Laser. Anyone who is interested in laser hair removal: yes it works and this is the place to go!

great treatments. I disagree with someone who said they're expensive. HOnestly they offer the best price I've come across that's done with a REAL laser machine. If you don't know the difference between pulse light systems and lasers, I suggest you go google it first.

That being said, I'm very happy so far with my results. I've been warned that I have to be patient when it comes to the back, but I'm seeing improvement already. I gave it 4 stars because evening appointments are pretty hard to get - they seem to be booked far in advance. Still, they call me back when there's an opening and I try to make mine early on.

good prices and plenty to do. I've been a client of Manhattan laser for 3 years now. It's true that they started sharing their space with Portofino, the tanning salon of celebrities (I actually walked into one when I was there!) but to be honest I think that's just another plus for the location - the building is decked with hairdressers, spas, dermatologs etc. In fact I gave Portofino a shot and I liked their machines a lot. I'm excited about this new place and if anything, I think it adds to the 'service'.

Not good at all. They are very expensive. Why go to a tanning salon for laser ?. Price was really high compared to another center in the area named Assara Laser. The laser they have is really old.

Success with facial hair. I had severe facial hair before i started laser hair removal. It caused ingrowns that turned into infections all over my neck and face area. Laser hair removal changed my life. It took care of the ingrowns, helped my skin heal over time and at this point i only have baby fine hair and much much less than what I started with. Thank you Manhattan Laser and thank y ou Tina for being patient with my complex in this! God bless.

More clinic-like than a spa. I have had consultations with 4 other places. They were too spa-like for my taste. I like this institution because they seem more gender-neutral and I feel comfortable getting treated here as a male.
