Luv the food, Luv the service. We took the 60 Special to keep the cost low and are looking at this long term. There is no better way to feed yourself in NYC. The food is fresh and healthy. The convenience of delivery when ever you want to schedule it makes it to good to pass up. We recommend, We recommend, We recommend.

I normally don't write reviews but this is a special program. I have tried a bunch of these diet program and have always been disappointed. This is my third month with Zone Manhattan and have been pleasantly surprised from the beginning. The food has been excellent the service has been good. Once I got used to communicating via email everything was easy. I can't say enough good things about their program I find myself writing online reviews. They are truly #1

I loved the service and have extended my program to you 60 day special. I think the best dish I have had was the Sweet Maine Lobster with Papaya Relish. I recommend this program to all the busy moms out there that don't have much time to them selves. Removing the head ache of meal preparation has given me more time to be with my family.

Terrible Experiance, Stay Away!!! I signed up hoping to lose a couple pounds/ maintain weight. They were really nice on the phone. But then the problems started. First, they wanted a key to my house, how creepy is that? but I was willing to work with them because I just spent alot of money on the program and at least wanted to try it. The deliveries came in the middle of the night, and you can't pick what you want, you can only pick certain ingrediants you want. Which means you might end up with fish 3 days in a row. They say you can change your food profile, but then it'll just be something else. The food is ok but waaay overpriced and the portions are tiny (even for a diet program). After a week and half of their "service" I had to cancel. I'd rather go to the store myself and by the vegetables then pay $34 for the same thing. Well canceling was a whole other problem. They kept raising the price to take as much as the could from the refund. The whole experience was BAD. I won't ever try them again!

Wow what a great deal! I signed up for the 21 day program and am on day 14. The food is amazing especially their desserts! My favorite is the Pear Crisp... it was really creamy but made from tofu.;I was dreading a "healthy diet" but this program makes it taste good and I'm on track to hit my goal. Yay Zone Manhattan!!!

Unlawful Practices I tried Zone Manhattan because I worked very long hours and needed help with cooking. The food was OK. Fresh but very bland, undercooked and repetitive; so I canceled after my paid trial ended.

After the trial, I asked several times for the key to my apartment building back and was told: "no problem, our driver will drop it off." Weeks later, still NO key. Their excuse is: "our driver forgot?"

When I asked Zone to mail the key, they refused and gave no explanation. I do not understand how a company as pricey as Zone Manhattan could treat its customers so poorly. Very bad experience.

Twice pleased. My partner and I have done two month-long runs with Zone Manhattan, and we were quite pleased. Contrary to what some reviewers have suggested, we found ZM's customer service folks quickly and effectively responsive. We both lost 20+ pounds in thirty days. And, on the whole, we found the food to be fresh, well-prepared, and tasty. That's not to say it was always so. The diet is a bit repetitive (e.g. about one week's worth of breakfasts that cycle over and over) and some ingredients are too frequently used (e.g. lentils, broccoli rabe). Still, with these minor gripes, we were quite pleased.

Excellent!!!. Great all around. The food tastes great and the service is right on. I have been getting meals for the last month and I am going to renew for 2 more months. I have not found any reason to complain for the last 30 days and am amazed. The last program I was on just couldn't get it right. I recommend this service for everyone.

Fresh and Taste. I have been with another program for years before finding Zone Manhattan. I can't put into words how happy I have been since starting with Zone Manhattan. I was always under the impression that there was only one Zone program until I tried a phone number I had heard on the radio. I made the switch to Zone Manhattan 2 months ago and signed on to their 60 day special for $34.95 per day and will never look back. The food is much fresher then the other Zone program. I wish I found it first. The flexibility I am allowed in scheduling meals is something new for me. I can schedule meals Monday thru Friday and take days off.

I Loved and I Lost. I Love the Food and Lost the Weight. I can only say wow. When I first considered a diet program I found it difficult choosing one. I felt like I did my home work by reading the reviews and write up about each program. The one write up that stood out was the the NY Times article that rated ZoneManhattan Com as number one out of all the programs. That made the choice easier and I feel ZoneManhattan Com was exactly what they said. I have been on the program for their 60 day program and will be renewing for their 60 day maintenance program. I have yet to be disappointed and look for ward to using the flexible programs suit my dietary needs.
