BEST indian food in NYC. This restaurant makes the best Indian food in New York! I used to order from this restaurant at least twice a week for about 2 months straight; I was addicted :) Their food is always fresh. When they deliver, they package everything so neat and sturdy. They wrap the plates with utensils all together with a plastic wrap so it doesn't fall out. There is also 3 different types of sauces they give in your delivery with your meal. I like that they aren't cheap. It's always the same great service. I became such a fan, so I finally decided to write a review! I recommend the Chicken tikka masala and their onion nans.
Love the food and decor. Yuva is located on a street lined with Indian restaurants. I have been there a couple of times. They have a lot of variety in their menu, and I love their dry bhindi/okra entree. I have never come across a single Indian restaurant in the city that makes this style of okra. Its crispy, tasty, spicey, and reminds me of my mom's cooking. It is dry, though, and hard to eat with either rice or bread. Its best eaten by itself. On the flip side, the okra is fried so not very healthy. Their paneer dishes and bread is also awesome. The food is delicious but a tad pricey. Its my new favorite in the city!
THE BEST INDIAN FOOD IN TOWN. I am very happy with the restaurant's staff and the food they serve. The staff are friendly and good service. The food is simply awesome. The price of the food is good with that kind of delicious dishes and excellent service. I would recommend this restaurant to all my friends and new people in town. I would definitely bring my friends here again and again.
best buffet. Yuva has one of the best buffets in the city...the variety and freshness of the food is really good.
Rocking Indian Restaurant. We went to Yuva on Valentines Day, it was really good, I've never had such innovative Indian food before. Try the Baigan Bhartha for example mind blowing presentation. Service was pampering they really took good care of us. The place was completely packed that night which added to the energy of the place, I give it 5 STARS.
TOO MUCH HYPE.
I read all these nice reviews about Yuva. so i decided to give it a shot. I usually dine at Dawat which is only a few doors done. anyway we arrived at Yuva as a party of 4. It took them 10 mins to seat us and the place was not that bussy at all. anyway when we were seated it was in a tight corner. The place looks nice but looks can be deceiving.
The service is very slow. took them forever to bring our drinks, appz, main course.and check
the food is way to hyped. HORRIBLE....COLD...AND DEFF NOT WORTH THE PRICE.
Manager was verry rude and was rushing us out.
YUVA is deff out of the picture for me.
Excellent. I never knew Indian Kebabs were soo good we used to go Turkish Restaurants for Kebabs, Yuva has the best kebabs in New York City. Lamb Chops literally melts in your mouth along with the Hariyali Kebab.
Fantastic job!. We are from London and were visiting here, we had heard about this restaurant in London, so we had planned to give it a try, and I am so glad, we did. This place serves authentic Indian food with a perfect balance of spices, the meats are fresh and delicately cooked to perfection. My personal favorites, you have to try are chapli kabobs, biriyani, chicken molee & family naan. We will always stop by Yuva for our Indian craving on our trips henceforth.
must dine here. Yuva was truly a joyfull experience. I live in California and tried many Indian restaurants. The ambiance and the food are outstanding. This is one of my best experiences in New York City. No doubt a must visit in New York City.
