Worst Move of a Lifetime, Bar None

Chose it because of low price and saw their trucks often at my building. I packed myself but salesperson said part of service was they would pack so had them do lamps, electronics, artwork and furniture. They did a terrible job, things just jammed into boxes. Half of what they packed broken. Delivery 2 days late and late in day, 8 pm. Hadn't followed direcrions to site which made unpacking longer and haredeer. Boxes marked fragile mishandled. Moving supervisor on phone said because I had been so patient, they would unpack free either then or next day. I said nexr day. They didn't come, I called, no response so I did it myself. Found several valuable items had been entirely lost. Informed mover. No response. They would not even get a recommendation from me to move a chess piece.
