We have been using a managed computer solution for years that provided the servers, systems, network devices and service to run our office. As a small non-profit company, we were using a local technician that would come by when we had a problem to save a few dollars. The service was decent but when our server crashed, we were down for three days. The data loss we encountered due to the back-up not running properly was monumental and required a temp to re-enter accounting and database files.
ITelagen installed and developed a back-up solution on-site that is monitored seven days a week by our technical team. When we forget to change the tapes, they call and remind us, all because of their remote agent software. And as a non-profit, we need to save as much money as possible without sacrificing service. Our account representative worked with us to develop a support plan to meet our needs and our budget. As travel expenses increase, they have promised us that there will not be a travel charge if an engineer needs to come to our offices. That means a lot to us, no extra fees.

I was referred to Itelagen through a friend of mine aftre having difficulties with another company. I love the flat rate plans they utilize! Thye were able to help me save all my files I thought were lost and helped wire up my entire network much quicker than any other had done before. If you are not using Itelagen for your IT services and computer Repair needs, you are doing your company an injustice!
