best cut in years. RYAN IS AWESOME. i had so much fun at this place and ryan really listens. she took the time to talk and the cut was perfect. it is amazing how a great cut can change everthing. the place is fun and there is not that up-tight intimidating salon feeling. what more is there to say? ryan is the best!

Best haircut ever. I've been going to Joey for the last 2 years, I had hair that was really really short and then decided to grow it. Joey kept styling/trimming it ever couple of months and I never had to experience the bad "in between" stage as the cut grew out beautifully. The Staff as always have been extremely friendly and the salon has nice, friendly & welcoming atmosphere about it

Awful, Awful, Awful. When you pay more than $100 for color, you expect a salon that offers client service, relaxation and attention. That's not what Beauty Parlour offers. While my colorist was good, the person who washed my hair addressed me by the wrong name and seemed offended when I corrected him. Then, when I told him the water temperature was too hot, he told me he couldn't change it and burned my scalp. Again, he seemed offended when I yelped in pain.

And maybe I'm getting old, but I like salon experiences to be relaxing. AFter all, they offer you herbal tea and massages. But they were playing what they termed "rock and roll," (what I term "boom boom boom" music) at a loud volume and refused to turn it down or change it. "That's what we play here," said the owner. I paid my bill, tipped well and left. I can't get them to make my experience better, but I CAN write about my miserable experience and prewarn others.
